The Boeing 40 for FS2004 at Flightsim will also work in FSX. It uses the Curtiss Jenny gauges, so you would hve to find that for FSX too if you are not going to use it in FS2004.

Made a couple of flights, and this a/c is extremely easy to hand fly- very stable. Is that realistic? lr.

Made a couple of flights, and this a/c is extremely easy to hand fly- very stable. Is that realistic? lr. Like the Ford Tri-motor , I think early airliners had to be stable ,an fly off the wing. Motors were not as efficent at horse power to weight ratio , plus no auto pilot to help out , so they had to be able to trim out well.
