Another fantasic answer by the KBG airdroppers if only the IRS could belive my tax return Comrade Snaved, Actually we control that organization! We can supply you with most convincing tax reports, including forged documents, contrived deductable invoices (3 copies each) for a fee or some information. To you Andrew the face this year for the GAAR and all those who worked behind the scenes. Good work and a great series of flights. I enjoyed the rally as I have all the past ones so far. Looking forward to next years, hope you can be there as well. Keep well down under.

George,
Thank you. However, all the planning and coordinating aside, it wouldn't be an event if you and the other participants didn't show up. Great to have you along again, thanks for your input in the Forums and I look forward to seeing you next year.
Based on input in the Forums, I've already got some ideas for the GAAR 2010, but I might take a break and do some "freelance" flying for a while before I think too much about it.

Well, after a grueling seven weeks, and some 2985 nm, +/-, so far, we are down to the last week and last three Legs or 590 nm. It seems like a walk in the park compared to what has preceded.
Many have been surprised by the expanse and remoteness of the Aussie outback where the population density can get down to 0.4 per square mile or less.
On the admin side, the judges have been busy sifting through the "screenies" in the Screenshot Competition and will finalise the winners after the completion of Flight Leg 19. Prizes will be awarded in two categories, FS9 and FSX (unfortunately, I don't have a category for X-Plane).
Additionally, there will be spot prizes awarded.
Only those who have completed the event (that is completed all 19 Flight Legs and filed 19 PIREPs) will be eligible for prizes.
