Due to a technical oversight, resulting from trying to plan a fireworks display while starting a cold, pilots are advised that the approach to the final VOR on leg 10 comes (much) closer to the display than intended, especially if flying at 1300-1400ft amsl (approaching the VOR at 2100ft is much less exciting).
I know several participants had discussed flying WW2 RAF aircraft for the GAAR, but it was not my intention to recreate the Ruhr's "Happy Valley" flak. Sorry about that.
