I'd go for that in a flash, except I'm here in your friendly neighbor to the south, so "no way Jose" -or- as they say here " no way, Maguey". If customs didn't steal it, then the post office would, and if they didn't, the taxes would be absurd. BUT, thanks anyway from me! By the way, you don't have any of your own Christmas music on your site for downloading do you? lr.

My only token Christmas song is Greensleeves. I have considered doing a medley of Christmas songs. Might get to it in a bit.
I'll probably be sending a disk to England and to Australia. One would think Mexico would be possible. In all cases I expect Customs will examine the disk to make sure I am not passing secret data. It will give them some work to do.
Just to correct a technical inaccuracy, I learned today that the MP3 file does clip off the top frequencies. Not sure of the numbers but the spectrum display shows there is about 3/8 inch taken off the right (high) side compared with the "hi res" files. And they do boost the upper portion (two inches) just below that cut by about 30% amplitude. Maybe that is a compensation. I didn't notice anything but the boosted highs. The clip is way above my hearing limit.

Interesting about the MP3 files!! You can only ship to MX by FedEx or siilar. Rugular P.O. is no. I'm deadly serious about the stealing by customs and P.O. However, to ship by FedEx, etc, is really expensive and the taxes are unbelievable here. Mexico is a very highly taxed country, but the infrastructure is Third-World. UN rated Mexico as the third most corrupt government in the world, behind Russia and then China. The tourists say MX is a poor country. Actually is is quite rich. All the monnnney goes to the politicians. And, well, later. A retired United pilot sent me various things related to FS to use for my home-built cockpit shell and ither things, but he refused to send the stuff here. At the time I was getting all my shipments to an off-shore company with an office in El Paso, but that was then, like 5 years ago. I'd make a point to download a medley!! lr.
