I read all the blogs, the no-blogs, and other stuff with interest. But, I don't write much, if at all. I plan on a lot if flights in fs, but only make a few. I just putter around with stuff, fantasize about some things, and think about the past. LouRoss.

I find that is the best part of this airline , we can be free to do what we want, fly what we want , where we want. I like to make up little stories about some flights when I post screen shots. I like flying with Real Weather, updated, in other regions just to see what I can run into. That what I do. That is what I find great about this virtual airline. LouRoss , you just keep on doing!

I have done some flying in (fs) old props- stink wings! But not too much because thay are slow. Some of the cross country mail route can be interesting. Ilke the older, earlier jets- the earlier DC8s, etc. The calclassic DC6is one of the best I've used, but, again, it's sloow- or is it sloww? Right now I'm using an Electra L-188A. Waiting for hjg to post the DC10 they are working on- but it will take them, about, maybe, forever. I really like the DF727 as I prefer to use models as fully programed as possible. Unfortunately, I miss the cockpit discussions, and the things that can't be duplicated in fs. One day as I touched down my wife bumped the table- it felt REAL! Another time, I was setting up the systems in the cockpit, and a big truck went by- front of the house- the diesel smell brought back the memories. Ever since then, I've wondered if it would help to bring in an open can of diesel! lr
