Details, details. It's all in the details. You are correct David...very nice details in the Lockheed Electra which is a default aircraft in Lockheed Martin's Prepar3D. One of the many excellent and detailed P3D defaults.
I am very blessed to have a rig that plays well with P3D v4 and Orbx

1934 American Airlines Flight Boston to Buffalo , real weather-updated Climb out at a rapid 400 Fpm Mostly Mail, 4passengers Climbed to 4500 then hammered by snow storm with head winds that gave me a est.ground speed of 75 Mph. Shuffled of the passengers and mail, checked tanks, had 2 Gallons in center an 10 Gal. in the left an right . flight took 250.54 Minutes WAY BEHIND TIME.

Feature of the month LAI flight #415 a short route so figured the Britten Norman BN2A would do nicely. Departing LICJ..Freezing rain here at KZOW Michigan Landing LICT..Just time to get a sandwich an coffee. Down wind LICG RW3. After ground grew get done . We pre flight, reload, an head back for supper

Tried the first Norwegan Fjord flight , used real weather which proved interesting in spots. I got turned around in one spot ,almost kissed a hillside. Over the Island in Hardanger Fjord look back towards ENBR to watch clouds build up. Final RW35 The stock scenery for FSX does not do the countryside justice. looked at the area on Google Earth , the photographs on there where breathtaking.
