As I have a stack of screenshots that never get past their home folder, here is the first six legs of the WR2009, as posted on their screenshot forum. Just like last year I wasted good practise time digging out "local" airlines for each of the flights. Some people never learn.... Leg 1 was a Buffalo scheme: then for leg 2 we move on to one of Ed Knapp's schemes, North Central: A seasonal shot: Clear air, mind the bumps: then kick off landing drift: For leg 3 a French scheme: Making landfall: an Atlantic coast sunset: For leg 4 I took the controls of one of the Motherlands finest Li-2s: A Red Star rising: For leg 5 I used a Delta DC-3, seeing as I flew into Denver on a Delta (M)D plane a couple of years ago: Delta Dawn: For leg 6 the dawn patrol was a TAME DC-3:

Allan, Nice shots and really nice liveries. I like the Buffalo and Delta Airlines liveries especially. You gave me an idea. . .I may post a few from the WR2009 flights as well. I'm done over there and just watching as the scores are posted to see how poorly I did compared to everyone else, lol.

Yep, Bill does a beautiful job with his airplanes. I guess I'll have to find mine and get it reinstalled now, lol.

Parked at KPNS in my CV-440. I'm using windows7 now and it's going to take a while to learn the difference from my old windows XP.

Hopefully it won't be troublesome Bill. I went from Vista 32bit to Win7 64bit. Very happy with the switch and I've really not had any problems, especially on the FlightSim side.
Nice shot, by the way. I just recently picked up the DC-6 by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson at Cal_Classics and really enjoying the ride.

Taxi out at Menorca. Leaving the island and heading for the mainland. Barcelona ahead. Landfall right over the beachfront and Olympic harbor. Barcelona from the cockpit. Some views high over the Pyrénées. Sun is setting when we descend into the lower country near Lourdes. View on the Gave river… …and soon we are approaching Biarritz. Late landing clearance received… Air France commuter with no hurry. Diner and good wines are awaiting us!!

Paul,
Those are some beautiful land textures you have there. What addons are you using?
