Arriving at Tacna Peru. Holding on Taxiway for BGAS0046 to head to terminal. At the gate. BGAS001 Bill Von Sennet, BGAS046 Bill Hendrix and a LearJet 45. I'll bet the LJ pilot was jealous of our paint jobs! We flew on westcoastATC from San Juan De Marcona Peru, then a touch and go at Arequippa Peru and finally we landed at Tacna Peru. Before our next flight we will have to clear customs as the Chile border is only 10 miles from here.

Have you ever asked ground for taxi to gate, and then been sent all the way across the airport from where you are? Greenbrier Virtual Aviation is beginning Non-Stop Scheduled service on April 1st to KLWB and KHSP from hub airports within 2 hours flight time. Pilots with dual membership in Greenbrier and Bluegrass may fly BGA liveried aircraft with up to 20 passengers. Rick (from the post above) fixed me up a KDTW afcad file which reserves gate D80 (in the north terminal) for aircraft with the following modifications to the aircraft.cfg In the [fltsim.?] section add: ATC_Parking_Types=Gate ATC_Parking_Codes=BGA In the [airplane_geometry] section modify wing_span to: wing_span =55.0000 //parking diameter 9 meters Lastly add Ricks file AFX_KDTW.bgl to the Addon Scenery/Scenery Folder If anyone is interested send me a personal message and your email address, and I will email it to you. This file is for FSX only. Gate D80 is very convenient to RW22L so I have customized todays Real Weather download to make the wind at DTW from 223 deg. Beech 1900D on final RW22L Ground is clearing me to taxi to Gate Delta 80! Thanks Rick!
