SKMD also does not have runway lights. (FS9). But what a runway in the middle of the city.....
Great job, Andrew

Martin, Haven't you heard about those "special" Colombian night flights. They occur regularly with a destination of somewhere in the USA, so I understand. With so much "light" from the city buildings surrounding SKMD, I couldn't resist throwing in an added twist. ;D It's becoming more of a challenge for me to come up with scenarios that will challenge you guys. Cheers Andrew

I'm kinda reminded of times long past, when we found certain RW airfields by what we could NOT see, i.e., a dark area amidst a sea of light. Just like here, the "black hole" was our destination. Now if somebody wanted to be truly helpful, they could shave a few hundred feet from that hill we encounter on approach!

What hill? I'm glad it was dark now, fancy avoiding tactics and the Tudor do not go hand in hand.
Hang on to your navigator in the dark alleys Jon, the kidnap trade can fetch quite a price for skilled E6B twirlers.......
