If you go to www.FSinsider.com and sign up for the monthly newsletter, you can download a free 152. I just got it this morning and it's really nice. It's an old, well used looking model, no autopilot, easy on frame rates! The flight dynamics seem pretty good. It comes with new soundset for engine and prop noises. You can click the yoke out of the way too. That helps to see the gauges behind the yoke. I've been flying it all evening.

Just Flight sells a Beech Duchess twin for $21.99. But, there's a ten day free demo available: www.justflight.com/product.asp?pid=388Scroll down to the bottom and have a free go at it. I've been flying it all afternoon. I like the way it handles better than anything else I've flown. The sensitivities are set so I can smoothly taxi, as in, around corners following the yellow lines and actually stay on them. The flight handling is smooth and wonderful. And, hey! A whole plane full of people, not just another empty airplane. It's got no glass cockpit, but more like what I learned on in the Cessna. The only difficulty I had was with the auto pilot losing altitude. I still don't have that figured out. The GPS is toggled on and off by clicking on, ... the GPS. Novel! Most twins seem to have very limited views out the side windows. This Duchess seems to have just a bit more to offer there. Very nicely done. I may actually buy this one.
