Thanks Urs; but it was a fluke. A minute out on the next one. I took some good screenies, but they didn't save. However, here's Ballina. Nice and green for a change.

Leg 9. A bit of hooliganism at Evans Head A chance for a bit of lowish-level on the way to Coffs Harbour. No low-level here though. Trusting in the MSA (and a radio-altimeter). Ah, Tamworth Parked well out of everyone's way at Port Macquarie. Now for lunch.

Sorry about the duplicate pictures; my little brother can't resist and, since he lives in Oz, I can't thump him either. I have, however, asked him to remove them. Leg 10. Port Macquarie. No way am I taking off on that runway. Silly I may be, but not THAT silly. I took 03 and the crosswind instead. En-route Cessnock. Can I stay VFR below? Cessnock. Limiting crosswind on a wet runway. At least we were down, and up again. Now it's getting dark. Downwind for 08 at Bathurst. Just about make it in daylight. Touch-and-go Bathurst. Just about legal daylight. The into-wind runway at Woolongong is unlit. I was too busy landing on the lit one to take any pictures. That's the Varsity done; now for a lift back to Bourke to pick up the Bev.

Sorry, guys, the Bev has departed Bourke. The good news is that there is still plenty of "refreshments" aboard for anyone who meets me at the points en-route, and of course at Woolongong. Turning overhead YBRW Touch-and-go YGDA. Touch-and-go YMGI. A wider runway: nice. Finals, Moree. Autogen seems to like trees on every approach. And from the outside.

Leg 8. Mount Warning on the way to waypoint 1 Coming up to waypoint 1 Blue water. The shot I missed on the Varsity. Coming up waypoint 2, Mount Warning My punishment for spending too much time taking photos; I was 1:40 out on time, one of the worst ever. But.. when they heard about the cargo I got VIP parking. Just watch those edge lights on the way out. The black ball describes my mood after that timing.
