Can someone help me with downloading? I don't know how to use your system and Flight Sim doesn't seem to be any help. Get me started will you? Thanks. Ed

Note again that the third icon from the left under an author's photo is his email. Just click and send an email. Click on the first icon to visit the author's web site.
I assume you want to download either an aircraft or something like a gauge to use with an aircraft in FS. In either case most downloads come with instructions on how to install and use the item. On my web site I have a short text you can download and read called "Basic Basics" that explains how to install downloaded aircraft and files that "go into the aircraft" like flight dynamics files and gauge files.
Normally with any site that says you can download a file, they underline the name of the file and you click on it to start the download. You see a message box asking whether you want "to open" or "to save" the download. Always answer that you want to save the download and then give a folder name for the download to be put into. i use a folder I call "Junk" for this (you never know if it is really junk until you examine it). After the file is in that folder, I make a new folder that contains nothing and put the downloaded file in that for "unzipping." For more info see my Basic Basics text.
