LHBP. Cold and dark start up. Went thru the cockpit prep, before push, and prestart checks as usual. In other words- in a hurry! Oh-ohh. 1) Started engNo. 1 as usual. Eng No. 2 spooled up, but would not light. Check the F/E pneumatics panel and all looked okay; checked the F/E lower fuel panel and it looked okay. Started spooling No. 2 again, moved the fuel lever up to the start position- no light- went back to the F/E fuel panel, and the No. 2 fuel valve was still closed. Opened it manually from the fuel panel- No. 2 lit right up. Everthing else continued normal. 2) Taxi to runway. Looked at the overhead panel for a quick check- the No. 2 Eng. anti-ice duct overheat light was ON. The No. 2 Eng. anti-ice valve was open. Closed it- colled right down.
