Ah, yes, the perennial question! When will the Target Times be available? 
Well, the event and Registration has barely been open for seven days, the event isn't "officially" conducted until February and, as per the FAQs page, Q&A 9, the required flight files were originally not going to be available until 15 Jan.
In short, I am working on them, in an order of priority, and now that all required files have been provided. I appreciate the keenness to want to get flying, but as we say in Australia, at the moment I am "flat out like a lizard drinking".
For want of a specific date, no later the 15 Jan 11, and possibly sooner.
