NGF3V a Mooney arrived before noon from 6G1 Titusville PA NGF773 a Piper Aztec arrived at 12:08 from KBLM Monmouth NJ
They both had flight plans to leave at 12:10, but they must have decided to refuel or have lunch first.
NGF3V departed to KLUK Cincinnati OH NGF773 returned to KBLM Monmouth NJ
My theory is that they were part of a multi plane flight transporting a passenger from Monmouth NJ to Cincinnati OH.
I could be wrong, Latrobe Area Hospital has some fine facilities that were a result of contributions from Fred Rogers and Arnold Palmer.

I've done some searching an come up with the following.
N62773 is registered with the FAA as a 1976 Piper PA-23-250 flight aware said that Angel Flight 773 was a PA-27
N9103V is a 1969 Mooney M-20 Turbo. It is the plane flying today as Angel Flight 3V After arriving at KLUK it filed a plan as N9103V to return to 6G1
