...anyway, as I was saying... I originally signed on at BGA in April of 2006, and made one flight in a DH-4B from St. Louis to the Maywood Airmail Field near Chicago (via Springfield and Peoria), and shortly thereafter realized that due to work reasons I just did not have the time to commit to the airline. I came back in January of 2011, made one short hop of eight minutes in a Boeing 40-B4, and soon fell victim again to the time clock. Now, in October of 2013, I am bordering on being semi-retired, and am giving it one more shot. To start, I'm flying the original BGA Kentucky routes in a Cessna T-50. I've been working a lot in the past few weeks on aircraft repaints and scenery, because I want to fly more in a late-40's mode. So far, so good... In any event, I'm glad to be back, and am looking forward to resuming my career with Bluegrass!

Well, a "hello" from me. I've been getting pretty bored with FS, but keeping very active working towards completeing my house, which I don't think will happen in my lifetime. Anyway, the Bobcat sounds interesting, and the routes. So I think I'll give it a "go" here pretty soon, and change my flying style from the DF 727 and RFP 742. That could get me intersted again- procedure turns, ADF approaches, etc. BTW- when did they change the name from ADF Approach to NDB Approach, and why? lr.

.....BTW- when did they change the name from ADF Approach to NDB Approach, and why? lr. lr, I believe they standardised references to non precision approaches based on the type of NAVAID used not the aircraft instrument. Hence the use of NDB, VOR, and now GNSS on airport approach plates. Unfortunately, I don't know when this change occurred. Cheers Andrew
